The rooms where compact and freshly renovated with big bathroom and kitchen kept by the best stuff.

Fairly clean and the staff was excellent😃

Liked the way our studio suite with three beds was arranged. Essentials that you need, such as a safe box, multi-channel television and a microwave, were there. The location was perfect, for example, Collins Avenue was at walking distance from the hotel.

Convenient location, accessible amenities, I appreciated how close the hotel was to my convention and the wheelchair support made it easy for me to get around comfortably.

The location of the hotel is convenient, near to the beach and the beds, and a trolley. It is near Jaya, where you can eat something.

It was a very special stay for a vacation.

The family suite felt spacious and comfortable, perfect for our crew of six! We loved how close we were to the beach, just a few blocks away. Plus, the complimentary beach towels made our days even more fun without worrying about extra costs!

great location but not-so-great housekeeping

The location is spot on, just a hop away from everything fun. Free coffee in the lobby fuels my mornings and the colorful artwork in the stairwell brings a smile every time.

Housekeeping needs a serious wake-up call.

Our stay was amazing! The spacious room had a kitchenette, which was perfect for breakfast, and the modern decor was a nice surprise. The late afternoon atmosphere in the lobby was just beautiful and relaxing.

The room was clean and well-equipped. I loved the coffee in the lobby every morning. The beautiful garden area and cozy leisure room made it a great place to unwind after a long day. Just a little bummer about the check-in process, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

Yo, if you're rollin' through Belleza, check out the closeby eats-Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is fire! The warm welcome and being able to do laundry were lifesavers for this fam. Plus, quick strolls to the beach? Can't beat that vibe!

But, hold up! We paid for a two-bedroom suite but got one bedroom with a bed in the living area. And seriously, no AC? We were sweating it out! Not to mention, that telephone was falling off the wall. Reception could use a bit of chill too.

Great location and comfy rooms

This place is super close to the beach and the convention center, which was a huge win for us. The room was clean and looked just like the pics! Staff was friendly and helpful, and having a full kitchen was awesome. Just wish the WiFi was a bit more reliable since it kicked us off a lot.

Belleza was great! The beautiful king studio was clean and well-equipped. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, and the comfortable bed with nice linens. The coffee in the lobby every morning was a good touch. It's not far from all the excitement and close to the beach, yet the area felt safe and quiet.
